Women's Bjj

The Pizol Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy offers two programs that are specifically geared for women. Whether you are looking are a beginner or life long fitness freak, the uniqueness of our programs set them apart from your everyday workouts you find at traditional gyms. We keep students excited, entertained, motivated and looking forward to their next class.  

Women s Conditioning Program

This program is general training program that encourages the use of a wide variety of exercises to build strength, develop flexibility and burn calories.  Students start with low intensity workouts that progressively increase in difficulty as the students physical abilities develop through training. 
 

Women s Kickboxing Program

This program is specifically geared to the art of kickboxing. In ways, kickboxing is similar to our Mauy Thai program in the level of core strength and endurance required. Its a high energy program that is meant to teach students the techniques and strategy of kickboxing as well as push them to their limits. Professor Pizol personally trains his students according to their physical    abilities while pushing them to the next level to reach their true potential .
